Pre-Seed Investment
At MARL, we back technical startups building next-generation applications with a $50K pre-seed investment for 5% equity via a SAFE.
Follow-up Investment
Startups will receive up to $100K in follow-on funding through a SAFE with a $2.5M valuation cap, based on reaching the program’s revenue milestone within six months of the cohort start.

Orientation and Launch Event
Lay the foundation for your success. We’ll analyze how to strategize launch events, foster excellent organizational skills and begin 5-minute pitch sessions.
Fundraising and Legal
Understand your environment. You’ll gain an in-depth perspective of the current market, learn about specific legalities and discover what seed investors search for.
Startup Recruitments D&I + HR
Recruit with confidence. Master the tactics needed to avoid pitfalls while facing HR, D&R and recruitment demands.
Customer Dev Lean Startup + BMC
Create the framework for Lean Startup and Business Model Canvas. We’ll conduct workshops for each cohort member to develop BMCs and customer development strategies.
Entrepeneur Selling + Branding
Cultivate a brand that speaks to your audience. We’ll discuss how branding influences your ability to effectively market products or services. At the end of the session, cohort members will have their logos finalized, a complete landing page/website and countless other marketing collaterals. Afterwards, we’ll dissect the framework for entrepreneurial story selling.
MVP Development + Beta & Pilot Strategies
Implement effective strategies. This week, we’ll define MVP and its important features. Understand how to properly execute beta/pilot strategies and learn how free pilot engagement can be converted into paid engagement.
Sales and Product Market Fit
Satisfy demand with a clear comprehension of Product-Market Fit. We’ll dive into how this affects your products/services and develop a set of trackable business metrics.
Financials Accounting and Revenue Model
Finalize product/service monetization strategies. Develop a strong pricing model that can integrate with your revenue model. We’ll also discuss valuable accounting principles.
Fundraising Process & Term Sheet Negotiation
Establish a system that works for you. Receive essential information regarding the Fundraising process and participate in a workshop catered to your individual needs.
Investors Readiness
Get ready for investors. By the end of this week, you’ll have a final pitch, a one page executive summary and a 1-5 minute video pitch.
Investor Week
Practice makes perfect. Fine-tune your pitch and go through several practice sessions. We hold investor office hours perfectly tailored for your startup.

Create an impact. Pitch your company to over 80 investors and secure follow up meetings for future investments!
